Instructor: Anja Schlotman Cost: $45.00 Level: All This ring is designed from the bottom of my heart for and dedicated to my friend and co-worker Marina. Marina was the first one to put my work on the table and expose it to the world. She has remained a strong support behind the scenes. May be this piece will inspire you too to think of a friend or relative with whom you would like to share this 'friendship ring'. The pattern includes instructions for earrings as well. Looking forward to seeing you in class Instructor: Rachel Nelson-Smith Cost: $85.00 Level: intermediate Incorporate cabochons and/or crystal stones onto and bead embroider a fabric surface. We’ll also discuss lining and finishing. Student must have previous beadweaving experience. Instructor: Rachel Nelson-Smith Cost: $85.00 Level: Intermediate Journey through disparate beadweaving stitches, adapting and merging one into the other. Learn to turn right-angle weave into netting, netting into herring-bone, herringbone back into right-angle weave, and how to cultivate peyote-stitched Ootheca bumps from right-angle weave. * Student must be able to work in the tubular even-count version of the following stitches unassisted: peyote, right-angle weave, herringbone, and netting.* Instructor: Michelle Meinold Cost: $45.00 Level: All Right-angle-weave and crystals create these versatile earrings. By just changing the color of the crystal, you can change the look of the earrings to something more formal or make it fun and funky. The design also lends itself quite well to components for a bracelet or necklace. Join me on exploring the endless possibilities of these versatile components. Instructor: Michelle Meinhold Cost: $45.00 Level: All The Mandela Trio is a fantastic design to use up beads you have in your stash. The ethnic design lends itself to a very casual look that you can wear on a daily basis with jeans. It can also be made into a bracelet in place of the choker. Since each component stands alone, creating more works to extend the design to necklace length as well. The possibilities are endless. Instructor: Patrice Ballew-Zubillage Cost: $28.00 basic kit included Level: Prior Experience Required This will not be a project driven class, but an opportunity for those with prior class experience to come and work with metal tools and their imagination. Not everyone has a variety of stamps and metal working tools, so come on and join us in this opportunity to use your imagination and my tools to create your one of a kind pieces. I will assist with design questions and help you personalize your pieces with ideas drawing from supplies available at Naturally Jennifer’s. Class space is limited, as are some tools. Bring if you have: House hold hammer, anvil or metal block, any metal stamps you may want to use, fine files, and metal hole punch. Also useful would be a fine point-marking pen & paper for taking notes or designing. All of these items will be supplied, and more, but some may need to be shared. Cost if class includes one kit with mixed metals to complete one project. Additional kits and supplies will be available for purchase the evening of the class. Instructor: Anja Schlotman Cost: $ 55.00 Level: All This colorful bracelet and necklace consists of beaded 'little pillows'. The piece came together when Anja and her friend Corry conquered new beginnings in learning more about creating ones own design. Join us in class to find out about the details Instructor: Jennifer Riley-Akers Cost: 35.00 Level: All What do you do with a bead without a hole? or a stone? Take this class and find out how to “bead” around your “hole-less” bead or stone, or shell or whatever you may have that you always wanted to make into a pendent for a necklace. Class PoliciesPre-registration and payment in full at time of registration is required for all classes and workshops. 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to class is required to receive credit toward a future class. If classes are canceled due to low enrollment a refund will be given. No show=no credit
